Refund policy

At Super Bakers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• We offer free returns for unopened or damaged packages within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exclusions:

• Due to the nature of our products, once the sealed packets are opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
• Items with a shelf life of 3 months are eligible for return if unopened and undamaged within 5 days of receiving the order. However, if the product has passed its shelf life upon return, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Process for Returns:

1. Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process at info@superbakers.ae
2. Provide your order details and reason for return to our customer service representative.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
