Ingredients:

  • 3 egg whites
  • ยฝ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • ยฝ tsp baking powder
  • Mixed fruits for topping

  4. Sift in the corn flour and baking powder, then gently fold until just combined (under a minute).
