Ginger Carrot Soup

A light, tasty and easy to make soup (the ginger is great and also an anti inflammatory which is perfect for digestion in Ramadan).

Ingredients:
- 2 Onions Diced
- 2 Carrots Diced
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream or Coconut milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

For the crutons:
- 1 Toast Bread Diced
180c for 15mins or just toast it in a toaster 🙃🙃 and then dice it.
